Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £80.00 (excludes large items). 

Second Class Tracked Delivery - requires a signature  (2-5 working days)

We do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK. 

 

USA & Austarlia International Delivery: £25.00

Worldwide 7-10 working days (can be longer over Christmas) 

We do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK. Deliveries outside the EU may also be subject to import duties, we do not have any control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Large items will have a higher postage cost and show at checkout. 

Free Collection in Store at Creake Abbey - select 'click and collect' at checkout and we will be in touch with a day and time to collect safely.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required
  • Orders placed on a Monday and Tuesday will be sent out on the following Wednesday when we are back open. 
  • If your order includes heavy items that will incur additional shipping charges, we will contact you before shipping to give you a quote. 
  • Some large items will be more expensive to send - charges will apply at checkout. 

 

Returns Policy 

Outstanding customer service is our priority at Marshes & Flint, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) or may simply wish to exchange an item(s) for a different size you can do so provided we receive the item(s) back within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same perfect condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please email hello@marshesandflint.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date to request a Returns Authorisation Number. We will then email you confirmation with your unique returns code. 
  • Please post your item(s) back to us within 14 days including your name and returns code within the parcel.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and return of your item(s). We cannot take responsibility for item(s) lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items - Please note unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size, please send us an email at hello@marshesandflint.co.uk with details.
